I get this a lot (like every 5 minutes) in the Event Viewer.
Wondering what it can be.
Unable to bind to the underlying transport for 123.123.1.12:63331. The IP Listen-Only list may contain a reference to an interface which may not exist on this machine. The data field contains the error number.
